Trying to learn Blender? Need some resources?
I keep learning all the time and I recently discovered a new software for creating 3d animations called Blender. It has always been my luck, after spending tons of cash for some high end 3d application, I just happen to stumble accross an open source solution that I like better. You can download Blender at their website www.blender.org. The current version I am playing with is 2.46
One interesting thing about blender is they recently released their own movie. Quite possible the first open source production of this volume, called Big Buck Bunny. It’s a funny movie about a great big ole lovable bunny rabbit (the good guy) and 3 annoying rodents (the bad guys) that drive Ole Buck into payback mode! I don’t have the copy of the release yet but you can get yours at http://www.bigbuckbunny.org/
Anyway, now here is the hard part, Learning the software. Well it’s not really hard, but this was is the entire reason for this post was to note websites where I could learn this software. Here are my results.
